After nearly 10 years as a speech-language pathologist working in schools, hospitals, and contract settings, I noticed the same challenges repeating themselves year after year.

Districts struggled to find dependable therapists who were the right fit for their students and school culture. At the same time, talented clinicians often felt unsupported, overextended, and disconnected from the companies representing them.

That is why I founded Speech Bridge Services: to build lasting partnerships by connecting schools with exceptional therapists while giving clinicians the support they need to thrive.
